Using ProjectAdda

ProjectAdda is a marketplace where independent developers sell software projects and related documentation, and where buyers can request custom work. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Licence for purchased projects

When you buy a project you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use, study and modify it for your own learning, academic submission or internal business use. You may not resell, re-upload or redistribute the project or its files.

Developers

Developers confirm they own, or have the right to sell, everything they upload, and that it contains no malware. Listings and updates are reviewed before publication; ProjectAdda may remove any listing that breaks these terms.

Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by PhonePe. Developers receive their share of each sale, after the platform commission, through payouts requested from the developer studio.

Academic integrity

Projects are provided as reference implementations and learning material. You are responsible for following your institution's rules on how you use them.

Liability

Projects are provided as described in their listing. To the extent the law allows, ProjectAdda's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project concerned.
