Refund policy

Because projects are digital downloads, purchases are generally final once downloaded. We will refund you when:

• the project is substantially different from its listing,
• the files are missing or corrupted and the developer can't fix it within 7 days of your support ticket, or
• you were charged twice for the same order.

To ask for a refund, contact support@projectadda.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and support ticket. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
